This is an issue with the interaction between the CWP and the Locations plugins.
When I want to update a user profile with a location inputted via a Wizard, it isn’t obvious how to do that.
What there is:
As you can see, there is a Location user field
- however, this is the ‘old’ user field which is hidden in the user profile when the Locations plugin is active.
It would make sense to me if the ‘old’ Location user field was hidden or labelled as such in the drop down, and geo_location is added when the Locations plugin is active.
Workaround
A Custom field map can sort this of course:
However, that isn’t currently working either (see other report)
