Using the Locations Field breaks the wizard

Steps to Reproduce

When I attempt to run a wizard utilising the Locations field, the wizard starts but doesn’t display the field.

In addition, the Title and some other stuff disappears.

@NathanK Just to confirm, you’re using the locations field provided by the locations plugin?

I’ve just had another crack at this. Unfortunately the Location (Locations Plugin) field seems to be broken in the Wizard UI (both site and wizard at latest)

With these settings:

I get this:

This is fixed on the latest version of the locations plugin: 6.2.2.
