Steps to Reproduce

  1. drag on the mini-map after click the ‘Show Map’ button under the topic title.
  2. the mini-map will close immediately when try to drag or click on the mini-map internally.

This should be fixed now, please confirm:

(Dev note: this has highlighted some significant duplication in code that was hidden before I migrated more things to gjs- a good TODO here is to resolve that)
