The support button in the custom wizard is linked to the website

which is sunset and since July 4th the certificate has even expired.
This means that web browsers do normally refuse to access the link.

Yup, we’ve got a bit of old stuff in there that needs tidying up - and probably should have been tidied up a while back to be honest.
Hopefully we can get onto that shortly.
