Recurring event bumps forward before it's over

Steps to Reproduce

I created a recurring event. Every 4 weeks it runs from 12pm - 3pm. At 2pm the event was missing from the calendar. In the list of posts, it was already bumped ahead.

This means people will not see my 3 hour event (office hours) and join halfway through.

Logs

I don’t have access to logs. I’m not the admin of the app.

Agree that it shouldn’t bump until the end of the event. I’m not sure when we’ll be able to address that - you’d be most welcome to sponsor the tweak if it is important for you.
