Presentation of data from submissions get scrambled when data missing in a field

Steps to Reproduce

I’ve created a Wizard which contains fields which aren’t mandatory in addition to several mandatory fields.

When I look at the Submissions page, I note that some data is displayed in the wrong field.
This seems to be due to fields missing data - instead of displaying a blank, they display the data of the next field along.
