since we do use both plugins in our Discourse installation I just did the translation for the legal-tools and the locations plugins in CrowdIn
So you can them in your next releases of these plugins.
The custom-wizard plugin I had already translated into German two months ago.
And the subscription-client plugin is not yet available for translations on CrowdIn.
