Yes, I’m afraid that the Layouts plugin is currently broken. It will be fixed in time, but it is unclear how long that will take due to other priorities at the moment.

If the plugin is critical for your site and you are willing to sponsor the work required to get it up and running again, please let us know.

Otherwise, you might wish to remove it from your app.yml and rebuild
