Steps to Reproduce

When a user is watching or tracking a category with event topics, or has mailing list turned on, they will receive an email about said topic that lacks the event’s start date and time, end date and time, and timezone.

That is indeed something that was not accounted for. Thank you for your remark. We will put this on our roadmap. At this moment we’re unable to give you an indication when this functionality will be available.
