Custom wizard subscription stuck at select subscription step

I tried to subscribe to custom business wizard but was unable to. I’m stuck at "select a subscription.

Thanks for the note Brandon. It looks like our update yesterday may have pulled in some unwanted updates from the Discourse Subscriptions Plugin. Addressing that now.
