We will be reviewing the way the subscriptions client handles failed connections in light of this incident. There should be a 48 hour window where a failed connection does not result in a loss of subscription access.
Just a note that your subscription features will continue to work as normal even if your subscription is not active. The wizards themselves will not have been affected by the brief outage in the subscription system.
