Steps to Reproduce
Hello, the problem is the following, when I delete an action the number of actions that remain does not change, for example in my “wizard” I originally had 5 actions, but I deleted one, however the others continued as action 2, action 3, …etc, now the problem is that when I try to create a 6th action I get 5 action again, but the 5 action is already there and I get the same settings in both cases…
