AI-Bot User for Custom Wizard questions

Hey guys

As a non-dev I gotta admin that sometimes it’s challenging understanding the documentations and features of the CW Editor as they are very extensive.

Any chance you could set up CW specialized AI Bot User for paid users to ask questions about certain features?

You mean Chatbot  :stuck_out_tongue:

@angus this is a good idea and could have broader use on coop

I’d be happy to set it up on Coop for the Documentation and Support Categories.

Probably yes

We can call it Custom Wizard Carl, whatever gets us a great response :stuck_out_tongue:

Not what I meant at all!!

Just joking around! Yet I am completely open to call it CW Carl, who will be my new best friend who I can ask all about CW stuff

It’s a good idea :+1:

I’d just rather use member built resources where they exist.

Will be happy to stress test Carl a bit, let me know if you need any feedback

Hey @jrgong, I’m less of a fan of this idea, as it’s not really clear to me that GPTs are very good at summarising technical documentation. See for example:

Also, I’m going to re-write the custom wizard plugin documentation soon.

Totally with you there, AI tends to hallucinate. Also, it depends on what provider is used and if custom prompt additions are added. E.g. adding prompt like “Do not hallucinate” and others can usually lead to somewhat good results. Or a user can ask “are you sure, can you verify this again”.

On our end, we use it for our staff to come up with drafts for documentations which are then corrected manually.

In the end the any AI-powered bot should be labeled as experimental to manage users’ expectations.
