Steps to Reproduce
When selecting the tag type field, i then choose a particular tag group. I have can create tag unselected.
When filling out the form, all tags are available to be selected, not just the tags in the tag group.
I have tried to remove the tag group and re-add it, this did not work.
I tried adding the tags individually in the Content section, but there’s a limit of 5 tags.

we have a private members only discourse for a member-led organization.
